Our room was immaculately clean and provided enough space for my daughters to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's location strikes a perfect balance—close enough to the Mall of America for shopping and adventure, yet tucked away from the chaos. We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle service, making our outings smooth and hassle-free. After a long day, the Onyx Bar became our go-to spot for a refreshing drink and some delicious burgers, making it the perfect way to unwind. The friendly staff, especially Andrea, were always ready to assist, which made our family feel right at home. All in all, this hotel provided an excellent blend of comfort, convenience, and delightful amenities—definitely a gem that aligns perfectly with my taste for sustainable travel with a personal touch!
